Shipping policy

LivJESSEL accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Be sure to include your correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout.

If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order, and you will receive an email confirming the items in your order that were processed. You will only be charged for items that are in-stock and processed. If all of the items on your order are out of stock, then your order will be cancelled, your credit card charge will be voided, and a notification email will be sent to you explaining the reason for cancellation.

Shipping and Pickups

LivJESSEL has $5.00 flat rate shipping on all qualifying orders to the 48 contiguous states. We can also ship to APO/FPO addresses. FREE after $50.00 or more in purchase total, or within 12 hours of a previous order!

We use USPS, UPS, and Fedex for shipping. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. You will receive an email with shipping information when your package has shipped, or indicating when your package is available for pickup.
